1. 7-Day Return & Refund Policy

Requests raised after 7 days from the date of delivery will not be accepted.
2. Mandatory Unboxing Video for Wrong or Damaged Products
For claims related to wrong product delivery, missing items, or damaged/defective products, a clear and continuous unboxing video is mandatory.
Unboxing Video Requirements:
- Video must show the sealed delivery package before opening
- Recording must be continuous, with no cuts, pauses, or edits
- The product and issue must be clearly visible
- Video must be recorded at the time of first opening the package
❗ If the wrong product is claimed without a valid unboxing video, the request will be automatically declined.
❗ Claims without proper video proof will not be accepted, even if an incorrect product is stated.
This policy is strictly enforced to prevent fraudulent or false claims.
3. Size-Related Returns & Exchanges
- Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery
- Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- All original tags and packaging must be intact
- Size exchanges are subject to product availability
4. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Products used, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer
- Products returned without original tags or packaging
- Claims raised after the 7-day window
- Wrong-product claims without a valid unboxing video
5. Refund Processing
Once the returned product is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the error occurred from our side
6. Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are allowed only for eligible products
- Exchanges depend on product availability
- If a replacement product is unavailable, a refund will be issued
7. Order Cancellation
- Orders may be cancelled before dispatch only
- Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled
8. Return Shipping
- For size-related returns, return shipping costs may be borne by the customer
